Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Vybe Trader — the website at vybetrader.com, the trading terminal and related services (together, the "Service"), operated by Michal Papinski, Gdansk, Poland ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Vybe Trader provides a browser-based trading terminal with live market data, charting, a demo trading environment, news and an AI assistant. Anyone may register; sign-in with a Google account is supported. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
2. Not investment advice
All content in the Service — prices, charts, news, calendars, alerts, AI-generated commentary and social-media posts — is provided for information and education only. It is not investment advice, a recommendation, or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
3. Accounts
- Keep your credentials confidential; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or abuse the Service.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service — including attempting to breach its security, scraping it at scale, reselling data feeds, interfering with other users, or using it for unlawful activity.
5. Demo trading and market data
Demo balances are simulated and have no monetary value. Market data is indicative and may be delayed or differ from executable prices at any brokerage. We do not execute real trades or hold client funds.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, software and content (except your own content) are our property or licensed to us. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms.
7. Availability and changes
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We may change, suspend or discontinue features at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability arising from wilful misconduct.
9. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data and forms part of these Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Consumers retain any mandatory protections of the law of their country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts in Poland unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
