Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Vybe Trader ("we", "us") — the trading terminal and related services available at vybetrader.com — collects, uses and protects information about you. Vybe Trader is operated by Michal Papinski, Gdansk, Poland. Contact: contact@vybetrader.com.
1. Information we collect
- Account information. When you register we collect your e-mail address, display name and, if you sign in with Google, the basic profile information Google shares with us (name, e-mail, avatar). We never receive your Google password.
- Usage information. Actions you take in the terminal (charts opened, demo orders placed, features used), device and browser type, and technical logs needed to keep the service running and secure.
- Communications. Messages you send us, e.g. by e-mail or support forms.
2. How we use information
- To provide and operate the trading terminal and your account.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse and debug problems.
- To improve features and understand aggregate usage.
- To send service messages about your account. Marketing messages are sent only with your consent and always include an unsubscribe option.
3. Sign in with Google
Vybe Trader supports signing in with your Google account. We request only basic profile scopes (name, e-mail, avatar) to create and identify your account. We do not access your Google Drive, Gmail, contacts or any other Google data. Our own automated publishing tools use Google's YouTube API solely to upload Vybe Trader's own content to Vybe Trader's own YouTube channel; they never access data belonging to our users. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
3a. YouTube API Services
Vybe Trader's publishing tools use YouTube API Services to upload Vybe Trader's own videos to Vybe Trader's own YouTube channel. By interacting with our YouTube content you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy.
- Our API client does not access, collect or store any YouTube user data belonging to our users or to any third party. It only uploads our own content to our own channel.
- No Google account credentials of our users are ever collected; the only Google account involved is our own brand account.
- If you have granted Vybe Trader access to your Google account (for sign-in), you can revoke it at any time via the Google security settings page.
- Any data we hold about you can be deleted on request — write to contact@vybetrader.com and we will delete it within 30 days (see also Section 5, Data retention).
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers that host and run the platform (e.g. server hosting, e-mail delivery) under contracts limiting their use of the data, or where the law requires it.
5. Data retention
Account data is kept while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time by writing to contact@vybetrader.com; we delete it unless we are legally required to keep specific records.
6. Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Poland: the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, UODO).
7. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember terminal settings, and privacy-friendly aggregate analytics to understand site usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
8. Security
Data is transmitted over TLS and stored on access-controlled infrastructure in the EU. Credentials for connected services are stored in a dedicated secret store, never in plain application databases.
9. Changes
We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the terminal or by e-mail.
